1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Winners Journal ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Winners Journal is a trading journal application that allows users to record, review, and analyze their trading activity. The Service is for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Not financial advice: Winners Journal is a journaling and analytics tool. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial advice, trading recommendations, or investment guidance. You trade at your own risk.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• One account per person. You may not share accounts.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' data.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Upload malicious code or content.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.

5. Access and Payments

The current service provides a one-time 14-day Standard trial after email verification. Your account shows your current access and expiry. Some features, including trade exports and AI assistance, require the applicable access level and service availability.

Online checkout is not currently available. Future paid offers must state their price, duration, payment method, renewal, upgrade and refund conditions before a payment is accepted. This page does not offer an active cryptocurrency or regional payment service.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of the trading information you provide. Available export and deletion controls depend on your access and the records involved. Trade CSV/PDF exports require export access and do not contain every personal record. Account deletion is available with trading history after identity confirmation and explicit acknowledgement. Removal runs as a recoverable process; documented retention holds or unresolved cleanup can delay completion. 7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or always available. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Winners Journal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, or data loss, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. The version date on this page identifies the text available for review. Contact us if you have questions about a change; this page does not promise an automatic email notification service.
